A couple of weeks ago, we were at our local florist's shop looking for a unique Christmas gift for someone. In our small town, everyone knows--and (mostly) loves--everyone so we were chatting with the owner of the shop after paying.
During the conversation, Jason announced that he wants a baby brother.
I responded by telling him, "Mommy's too old!"
His reply? "Well, God sent a baby to Sarah!" It was, of course, a reference to the Bible story of Sarah and Abraham (Genesis 21:1-7).
Gotta love a kid who pays attention during Sunday School!
